10. Consultations, Courses, and Refund Policy

Consultation and Course Bookings

• Consultation bookings and course purchases are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

• If you cancel an appointment before the scheduled consultation, a 50% deduction may apply.

• If you have joined a consultation and leave before the consultation is completed for any reason, a 50% deductionmay apply.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the booking or order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Refunds, where applicable, are subject to review and approval by Cosmic Clarity.

• If your payment has been successfully deducted but you have not received the relevant order or service, you may be eligible for a 100% refund.

• Where a refund is approved, processing may take up to 30 days from the date of approval.

Consultation Satisfaction

Astrological consultations involve interpretation and professional opinion. Predictions cannot be guaranteed.

If a specific consultation includes a past-event verification process and the agreed terms of that service provide for a refund in the event of an unsuccessful verification, the applicable refund conditions will be communicated before the consultation begins.

Post-Consultation Assistance

Where post-consultation assistance is included with a service, it will be available for up to 3–6 months from the date of consultation, as specified for that service.

After this period, follow-up questions or additional guidance may require a new consultation booking.

11. Products and Orders

• Product delivery times may vary depending on the destination, time zone, courier availability, customs requirements, and other circumstances beyond our control.

• International orders may incur additional shipping, customs, duties, or other charges.

• Any applicable additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

• Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

12. Chart Details and Consent

By booking a consultation or providing birth-chart information, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You acknowledge that the information provided may be used to prepare and deliver your requested astrological services.

Where information is intended to be used for research, educational, or analytical purposes, appropriate consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
